Adam Holguin joined Robert J. Semrad & Associates in 2008. He is a member of the Bankruptcy department. Mr. Holguin’s Primary practice focus is counseling and representing Debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Holguin currently handles all Chapter 13 matters before the Honorable Pamela S. Hollis.
 Mr. Holguin earned his law degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law. During Law school, Mr. Holguin worked for the Boesche Legal Clinic representing the legally underserved in the Tulsa area with matters related to healthcare benefits and estate planning. Mr. Holguin also worked for the Tulsa County Public Defenders office Felony division while in law school.
Mr. Holguin was born and raised in Highland, Indiana. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science from Indiana University-Bloomington.
